Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LeadForge AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

LeadForge AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps real estate agents and brokers identify and convert For Sale By Owner (FSBO) sellers into listing clients. The Service includes:

  • Automated scanning of publicly available FSBO listings from Craigslist and ForSaleByOwner.com
  • AI-powered seller motivation scoring based on listing analysis
  • Personalized outreach email generation
  • Lead management dashboard
  • Manual URL import from any publicly available listing site

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One person or entity per account — shared logins are not permitted.

4. Free Trial & Paid Subscription

New accounts receive 5 free seller analyses — no credit card required. After exhausting free analyses, continued use requires a paid subscription at $50.99 per month.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and may change with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period
  • Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LeadForge AI only for lawful real estate business purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
  • Share your account access with others or resell access to the platform
  • Use generated outreach content in violation of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or applicable marketing laws
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-written when legally required to disclose

7. AI-Generated Content

LeadForge AI uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to generate motivation scores and outreach emails. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is a starting point — you should review and customize before sending
  • Motivation scores are estimates based on available listing data, not guarantees of seller intent
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any communication you send
  • AI outputs may occasionally contain errors or inappropriate suggestions

8. Data & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. You grant LeadForge AI a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your leads, contacts, or business data.

The LeadForge AI platform, branding, code, and design are the intellectual property of LeadForge AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

9. No Guarantee of Results

LeadForge AI is a tool to assist your real estate prospecting. We do not guarantee:

  • Any specific number of listings, clients, or revenue
  • Accuracy of motivation scores or AI analysis
  • Response rates from outreach emails
  • Availability of FSBO listings in any specific market

Results depend on your market, effort, and many external factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadForge AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a way that could harm other users or the platform. We will provide notice before termination when possible.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims eligible for small claims court.
