Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not collect your name, phone number, or physical address unless you voluntarily provide it via our Contact page.

When you use the platform, we collect:

  • FSBO listing URLs and property data you import or that are auto-scanned
  • AI-generated motivation scores and outreach emails created for your leads
  • Lead status updates and notes you add to your pipeline
  • Usage data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to operate and improve the LeadForge AI platform:

  • Provide the service: Analyze FSBO listings, generate motivation scores, and create personalized outreach emails.
  • Manage your account: Handle authentication, subscription status, and billing.
  • Improve the product: Aggregate, anonymized usage data helps us understand which features are valuable and where we can improve.
  • Communicate with you: Send weekly digest emails (opt-out available), billing receipts, and critical service updates.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the LeadForge AI service.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate LeadForge AI:

  • Supabase — Database and authentication. Your account data and lead records are stored in Supabase's PostgreSQL database with row-level security (RLS) enabled, ensuring you can only access your own data.
  • Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe handles all payment card data. We never store, see, or have access to your full card number. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI processing. Listing text is sent to Anthropic's API to generate motivation scores and outreach emails. Anthropic does not use API inputs for model training.
  • Vercel — Hosting and serverless functions. Our application runs on Vercel's infrastructure.
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery for weekly digests and account notifications.

Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in Supabase's cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+). We use row-level security (RLS) policies to ensure each user can only access their own leads, scores, and outreach content.

Authentication tokens are managed via secure HTTP-only cookies. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage. While we implement reasonable technical safeguards, no internet-based system can guarantee 100% security.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — specifically, a Supabase authentication cookie to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Data is shared only with the essential service providers listed above, and only to the extent necessary to operate the platform.

We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us via the Contact page. Upon request, we will delete your account, lead data, and generated content within 30 days.

You may also request a copy of the data we store about you.

Children's Privacy

LeadForge AI is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
